How long does a typical invoice-automation pilot take?
Most pilots ship in 2 to 4 weeks. Week 1 is scoping and chart-of-accounts mapping. Weeks 2 and 3 are build plus testing on your real invoices. Week 4 is hypercare, where we sit alongside your team and fine-tune edge cases.
Which accounting software do you integrate with?
Pennylane, Tiime, Sage, Cegid, Exact, and any tool with an API or CSV import. If your software isn't listed, we'll confirm compatibility on the audit call. Most integrations take a day to add.
What happens with invoices the AI can't categorize?
They land in a human-review queue with a confidence score. Your bookkeeper resolves them in one click and the model learns from that correction. On the live pilot, 93% of invoices pass without human review.
Is my client data safe?
Yes. Data stays in your infrastructure or an EU-hosted cloud you control. We never store client financial data on our own servers. All pipelines are logged for audit and we sign a DPA before any data touches the system.
What if the automation doesn't save us time?
If the pilot doesn't visibly cut your bookkeeping time in the first sprint, we stop and you owe nothing. We include 2 weeks of hypercare in every pilot so we catch and fix edge cases before you're on your own.
